About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses GottaOffer (the site), which is run by GottaOffer ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site does

GottaOffer lists voucher codes, deals and sales from online stores, along with shopping guides. We do not sell anything ourselves: when you follow a link or use a code, you buy from the store, under the store's own terms, prices and returns policy.

Codes and offers

We check codes before we publish them and take them down when we learn they no longer work (see how we verify), but stores can change or end an offer at any time and without telling us. We cannot promise that a code will work, that an offer is still available, or that the details we show (discounts, minimum spends, exclusions, end dates) are exactly what the store applies. Always check the final price at the store's checkout before you pay.

Offers marked as expired are shown for reference only.

The site links to stores and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices, delivery, privacy practices or customer service. Any purchase is a contract between you and the store, and any problem with an order should be raised with the store.

Reviews, ratings and messages you send

When you rate a code, write a store review or send us a message, you confirm that what you send is honest, is your own, and is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or advertising. Reviews are checked before they appear, and we may decline, edit for length or remove any review or rating.

By submitting a review you allow us to show it on the site, with the name you give, without payment.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

  • copy, scrape or republish the site's codes, offers or content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
  • submit votes, ratings or reviews automatically or in bulk, or try to manipulate them;
  • interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to reach parts of it not meant for the public;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access from addresses or locations that misuse the site.

Our content

The site's design, text, guides and logos belong to GottaOffer or the people who licensed them to us. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their stores and offers; showing them does not mean the store endorses GottaOffer.

You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back.

Liability

The site is free and is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from a code or offer that does not work as described, or from your dealings with a store. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
