How we make money

GottaOffer is free to use. To keep it that way, many of the links to stores on this site are affiliate links: when you follow one and buy something, the store may pay us a commission.

You never pay more. The commission comes from the store, and the price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go to the store directly.

How affiliate links work

When you click "Get code" or "Get deal", we send you to the store through a tracking link, usually run by an affiliate network such as Awin, Impact, CJ or Involve Asia. The network or the store sets a cookie so the store knows you came from us. If you buy within the time the store allows, the store reports the sale to the network and pays us a share of it. Returned or cancelled orders earn nothing.

Not every link earns us money, and we list offers from stores that do not pay us at all.

Our independence

• Commissions never decide whether a code is marked as working: that comes from our own checks and from shoppers' votes (see how we verify).
• Stores cannot pay to have their reviews or ratings changed, and cannot remove honest reviews.
• Some stores give us exclusive codes; we label them as exclusive, and they follow the same checks as every other code.
• Our guides recommend stores and offers because we think they are good value, not because of what they pay us.
